For Fertilizer bagging plant the services of P.P. Associates include layout preparation ,selection of right quantity and type of bagging machines & stitching machines , transferring the bags to platform level (conveyors), and Wagon/truck Loading with the help of wagon/truck loaders or manual.

At port or jetty , Fertilizer Raw Material or Finished Fertilizer like Urea/DAP/MOP are imported and unloaded with the help of Grab type Un-Loader or Continuous Screw Type ship Un-Loaders . For Barge un-loading Poclain or MHC ( Mobile Harbor Crane with Grab) are used. Fertiliser thus unloaded is either directly bagged in 50kg bags with the help of semi-automatic bagging
machines (weighing & tipping) or stored into storage silos . Storage silos are complete with Roof top tripper conveyor and reclaiming conveyor on ground. Fertiliser is reclaimed into hoppers (provided with Grizzly) with the help of Front End Loaders(payLoaders) or portal scrappers .

Then it is conveyed to bagging machines. Fertiliser is bagged and then dispatched by rail or road. Expansion of Existing Bagging plant for Rake loading : Now a days due to increase in no. of wagons per rake fertilizer plants are expending their platform lengths . Also rake loading time has been reduced by railways from 9 hrs to 5-6 hrs . This requires Expansion of existing bagging plants by adding , extending bag handling conveyors with bag diverters and loading chutes or wagon loaders for Rake loading. P.P.
